We Ship Worldwide!

Your orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days. We post Australian and international orders using the Australia Post Shipping service. 

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties and a clearance fee, for which customers are liable to pay. If your package is returned due to refusal to pay duties and taxes, we will issue you a gift card for the order value minus return shipping costs. Please note that OKO cannot be held responsible for replacing or refunding orders stuck in customs clearance.

Delivery in Australia is FREE.

If you need express shipping, please select it at checkout.

International delivery costs vary depending on region and will be calculated at checkout. If you spend over $199, standard international shipping is FREE.


Tracking is provided for all domestic and international shipments.

Track Your Parcel


Items lost in the post without tracking cannot be refunded. Any parcels returned to sender will be resent at the customer's expense, and we are not liable for parcels redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure accuracy in your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect details. Consider the security of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels.

Returned Parcels

Atelier OKO is not responsible for orders returned-to-sender. We will not provide refunds or replacements for orders scanned as delivered by the shipping provider.
