We Ship Worldwide!

Your orders will be dispatched within 2-4 business days. We post Australian and international orders using the Australia Post Shipping service. 

International orders may be subject to VAT, customs duties and a clearance fee, for which customers are liable to pay. If your package is returned due to refusal to pay duties and taxes, we will issue you a gift card for the order value minus return shipping costs. Please note that OKO cannot be held responsible for replacing or refunding orders stuck in customs clearance.

Shipping Cost

Delivery in Australia is FREE.

If you need express shipping, please select it at checkout.
Shipping to the USA is FREE, and all customs duties and tariffs are prepaid. You won’t have to pay any additional customs or tariff charges upon delivery.

For all other destinations, shipping costs vary by region and are calculated at checkout. Orders over $299 qualify for FREE standard international shipping.

Tracking is provided for all domestic and international shipments.

Track Your Parcel


Items lost in the post without tracking cannot be refunded. Any parcels returned to sender will be resent at the customer's expense, and we are not liable for parcels redirected to a local post office for collection. Please ensure accuracy in your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect details. Consider the security of your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels.

Returned Parcels

Atelier OKO is not responsible for parcels that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel from a local post office.

Any parcel returned to sender can be resent at the customer’s expense. We do not provide refunds or replacements for parcels that have been marked as delivered by the shipping provider.

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete, and consider the security of your delivery location. Atelier OKO is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details, or for parcels that are stolen after being marked as delivered.

We are also not responsible for parcels redirected to a local post office or collection point for collection.
