Made-to-order pieces are carefully crafted, packed, and posted within 6–8 weeks from purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at atelierokoau@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

For Made-to-Order Pieces

All our made-to-order items are crafted just for you, so we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If there’s any issue with your jewellery, reach out within 7 days and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
