United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany & Switzerland

Applicable import duties and taxes are taken care of for orders shipped to these destinations. You won’t need to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

All Other International Destinations

International orders shipped to other countries may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 - 4 business days from Melbourne, Australia. We post domestic and international orders using the Australia Post Shipping service. 

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

Made-to-order pieces are carefully crafted, packed, and posted within 2–6 weeks from purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at atelierokoau@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

For Made-to-Order Pieces

All our made-to-order items are crafted just for you, so we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If there’s any issue with your jewellery, reach out within 7 days and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
