In Anatolian Mythology, the eye symbolises protection, wisdom, and good luck, warding off evil. Often known as ‘the evil eye,’ the ocular amulet is a charm to guard against the true evil eye: a curse cast through malicious envy.
One-of-a-kind crocheted choker.
■ Designed and hand-crafted at Atelier OKO in Melbourne.
Necklace Length: 39 cm (15.35 Inch) + 5 cm (1.97 Inch) extension chain
Bead size: 2 mm
Evil Eye: Gold-plated sterling silver, 0.5 cm (0.20 inch)
